Expect to spend up to one and a half hours in a one hour session. Approximately 10 -15 minutes is spent in conversation before and after. We will discuss how you are feeling, and what you would like to work on emotionally, physically and spiritually. Afterward, there will be time to ask questions and “wake up” before being on your way. If you are new to Reiki and have never had a treatment, consider coming for three sessions. If you have chronic pain or illness you will want to receive Reiki on a more consistent basis.
To receive Reiki, the client will rest comfortably on a massage table. No articles of clothing are removed except for shoes; loose, comfortable clothing is suggested. A session is hands-on with light touch on the body; no physical manipulation occurs during a Reiki session. During a typical Reiki session, specific hand positions are used in order to work with all seven main chakras or energy centers within the body, as well as major organs.
At the beginning of the session, your Energy Field and your Chakras will be scanned to see which areas need special attention, then the complete body and Prana work will begin.
Through hands -on-healing, Universal Light Energy is transferred to your energy centers, physical body and emotions, to increase your vitality and balance the different areas of your body, to restore the quality of your health. Sometimes, clients will experience an emotional release, although uncomfortable at first it soon allows one to feel clearer, healthier, as well as, develop a positive outlook on life.

Distance Healing is utilized for mind, body, land, home and situations. The practitioner is able to access the individual's physical, emotional, and mental aspects through the energy body of the individual.
The Reiki Energy and/or Alchemy Energetics is transmitted and thus, received by the intended recipient.

Distance healing can be used as a means to heal people, animals, plants, situations (such as; job interviews, court, appointments, special occasions, etc.), as well as; buildings, spaces, home, land, crops, groups, the Earth, and soul level issues.

In Crystal Reiki sacred geometry, the blueprint that makes up our world, is harnessed through a grid layout. The crystals that are placed in the grid have a specific resonance that is associated with various energetic properties. The grid assists in transmitting that energy to the intended recipient for the highest good of all concerned. Those who typically move forward to the second degree Reiki program have done much work with the tools and information on contact healing provided by the first-degree course. You have made a commitment toward using Reiki in loving service to other people and wish to expand your field of knowledge and the abilities you have already acquired.
Three months of practice is suggested between Reiki I and Reiki II.
You will learn the following special techniques for the expansion of Reiki healing:
