Thank you for taking the time to visit the "about me" page!  My name is Jennifer and this is a small portion of my story.  I have been practicing energy work since I was a child, but never had a name or a form to put with it.  Sometimes things work out in ways we could never have foreseen. 

A few years ago I decided to start searching for alternative means of healthcare for me and my family.  I started dabbling in homeopathy and natural remedies and had great success in doing so.  When my children were born, my desire for alternative therapies became even greater.  Just seeing how often they were getting colds and having to go in to the Doctor was astounding.  In my quest for healing alternatives, I was guided to a Reiki Practitioner, and had such a wonderful experience with the energy that I decided I would pursue training. Reiki has been such a stabilizing force for me, and it is truly the foundation upon which I am building the life I have always dreamed of.  I am eternally grateful for this wonderful healing modality and the many positive changes it has facilitated in my life.  I am currently a Reiki Master/Teacher and have loved every moment of the journey. 

I was also introduced to a wonderful healing modality called BodyTalk,which is an amazing breakthrough in healthcare!  BodyTalk has been a huge driving force in my life.  In just a few sessions, my life was transforming before my very eyes.  My health improved greatly, my sense of wellbeing skyrocketed, and my entire life began to change.   Oh what a journey it has been!  My results just happened to come very quickly and with such a whirlwind that I can barely  believe I went through it all in such a short time.  I am extremely excited and honored to be a part of this wonderful revolution in healthcare.  After lots of studying, lots of praciticing, and a ton of enouragement from my friends, family, and clients I am now a Certified BodyTalk Practitioner.  This new way of thinking about healing and health is truly a blessing and a profound gift.  I am extremely honored to be able to share these gifts of healing with all who ask.  I look forward to helping you make the shift from being treated without question to becoming empowered to seek wellness from the essence of your own being.
